PreviewFly FAQ (“the app”, “we”) helps Shopify merchants generate and publish product FAQs. This policy explains what data the app processes and why.

Information we process

• Store & session data: your myshopify.com domain and the OAuth access token issued on install, used to authenticate your requests to Shopify.
• Product data you choose: when you generate FAQs, the selected product’s title, description, type and vendor are read to draft questions and answers.
• No customer personal data is collected or stored by the app.

How we use it

• Selected product details are sent to our AI provider (NVIDIA’s build.nvidia.com API) solely to generate FAQ text, which is returned to you for review.
• FAQs you save are written back to your own Shopify store as product metafields. They belong to you.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Product text is shared with our AI provider only to fulfill a generation you request. We do not share store or session data with any third party.

Retention

Session tokens are kept only while the app is installed and are deleted when you uninstall the app or on a shop-redaction request. Generated FAQs live in your store’s metafields under your control.
